To give consistent, high-quality service, the policies outline booking expectations, timing, and preparation.
Policies are in place to ensure every client receives a smooth, respectful, and on-time experience. Please review carefully before booking.
All appointments are made as Requests
Once I get your inquiry, I will either confirm or contact you directly to make any necessary adjustments.
after hours
Don’t see any slots available to book? You can join the wait-list and ask for your preferred date and time! I will get back to you as soon as possible. This add on is for appointments early in the morning or later at night. Note that an additional off hours cost will be added to your service if your requested appointment is approved.
health and safety
If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, please inform me promptly. If you have COVID symptoms like an itchy throat, cough, or runny nose, please let me know. This should be done before your appointment. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service and 100% of service fee charge.
trials
Pre-event hair trials are held only on weekdays during business hours. i am capable of Accommodate a special request but flexibility is limited.
Headcount Adjustments (Large Events):
Timelines are typically finalized 6–8 weeks before your event to allow flexibility with hair and makeup headcount. Once a timeline has been created, any last-minute cancellations or reductions in services will still be charged in full. This is due to time already reserved on the artist’s schedule, which can’t be reallocated without adequate notice
• • To best accommodate your party, timelines are created as close to the event date as possible while still ensuring adequate time is secured for all artists. The sooner final headcount is confirmed, the smoother the day will go.
Cancellation
cancellation fee: 50% will be charged for any cancellation within 3 days (72 hours) of the scheduled appointment. (Excludes large or special events)
For a wedding/special event service, a fee amounting to 50% of the total cost will be charged. This applies if the cancellation occurs within 45 days of the event date. This charge compensates for the time and availability of the artist. These resources are allocated specifically for you and your party.
No shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
